Mississippi Baptist Medical Office Building & Parking Garage

The Mississippi Baptist project is a private development on the principal campus of its sponsoring hospital in Mississippi. The Medical Office Building includes a total of 169,000 square feet: 114,000 square feet of physician office space and an imaging center, cardiac center, sleep center and endoscopy center. It also includes a restaurant, branch bank and retail pharmacy on the first floor. A 730-car parking structure is included to meet the parking requirements of the Medical Office Building and two skybridges will connect the Medical Office Building to the parking structure and to the hospital.
